The Role
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you’ll design, build, and lead advanced infrastructure solutions across cloud, security, networking, and modernization projects. You’ll own outcomes, guide strategy, and help clients move from “it works” to “this is solid.”
You’ll be trusted to make decisions, lead projects, and mentor others—without micromanagement.
What You’ll Do
Architect & Build
Design and implement scalable, secure solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure modernization.
Build environments that prioritize performance, resilience, and long-term maintainability.
Cloud Leadership
Lead cloud architecture and optimization efforts using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Improve reliability, security posture, and cost efficiency across environments.
Security by Default
Design and implement security controls to protect data, systems, and identities.
Identify risks, close gaps, and align solutions with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Migrations & Modernization
Lead cloud migration projects from assessment through execution.
Replace or upgrade on-premise infrastructure with minimal disruption and maximum clarity.
Network & Infrastructure Optimization
Evaluate existing network architectures and implement improvements for performance, reliability, and security.
Ensure infrastructure supports business growth, not friction.
Planning & Execution
Contribute to clear deployment plans and technical roadmaps.
Work cross-functionally to deliver solutions that are adopted, not abandoned.
Technical Leadership
Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
Serve as a trusted technical voice on complex projects.
Client Collaboration
Work directly with clients to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and without jargon.

Who You Are
Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong background in cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices.
Experience leading cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects.
Solid understanding of networking, identity, and system integration.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and deliver results.
Clear communication skills and a client-first mindset.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Cloud or security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, etc.).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

The Role
As a Solution Specialist in our OPERATE cell, you’ll be the front line of NinjaGawd. You’ll provide Tier I/II support across applications, systems, and networks while delivering an experience that’s fast, clear, and human.
You’ll troubleshoot, guide, educate, and resolve—without scripts, without hand-holding, and without unnecessary escalation.
What You’ll Do
End User Support
Deliver Tier I/II support for client applications, systems, and network issues.
Resolve problems efficiently while keeping the user confident and informed.
Microsoft & Cloud Operations
Support and troubleshoot Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, SQL, and related Microsoft services.
Work with Azure and AWS environments as part of day-to-day operations.
Systems & Platforms
Support Windows and Linux endpoints, servers, and virtualization platforms.
Troubleshoot VMware, Hyper-V, Dell storage, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Security-Minded Support
Follow and promote cybersecurity best practices in every interaction.
Recognize potential risks and escalate appropriately—before issues become incidents.
Clear Communication
Translate technical issues into plain language users can understand.
Communicate confidently with clients, teammates, and engineers.
Independent Problem Solving
Navigate complex technical issues with confidence and sound judgment.
Know when to solve, when to escalate, and when to educate.

What You Bring
3+ years of hands-on experience in a support or operations role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms.
Experience supporting Microsoft Server technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience with Azure AD, Office 365, and modern endpoint management.
A proactive, security-aware mindset.
Clear communication skills and a calm, confident presence.
